1. About Ojobshop

Ojobshop is an affiliate offline marketplace platform. We work on the concept of offline market affiliation and cashback. Our motive is to increase offline sales of local shopkeepers by connecting them with customers through our platform.

When you join Ojobshop and shop with our registered shopkeepers, you earn cashback (2-5%) on every purchase. All shopkeeper details are listed on our website for transparency.

2. Registration & Membership

• Registration fee is ₹100 (one-time, non-refundable).
• Upon registration, members get 5 free contact number views of shopkeepers and job posters.
• After 5 free views, registered members pay ₹20 per contact number.
• Non-registered users pay ₹30 per contact number view.
• Members earn referral income up to 10 levels deep when they refer friends.

3. Referral Earning Structure

• Level 1 (Direct Referral): ₹30
• Level 2: ₹10
• Level 3: ₹5
• Level 4: ₹2
• Level 5: ₹1
• Level 6 to Level 10: ₹0.50 each

Referral earnings are credited only when the referred person pays the ₹100 registration fee.

4. Cashback & Shopping

• Cashback (2-5%) is provided only when purchases are made from registered Ojobshop shopkeepers.
• All registered shopkeepers are listed on our Shop page with their details.
• If any customer purchases goods from an unregistered shopkeeper (not listed on Ojobshop), the company is NOT liable for any customer loss.
• Our responsibility is limited to our registered clients (members and registered shopkeepers) only.

5. Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹250.
• Payment settlement takes 7-10 business days.
• Withdrawal can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer (with IFSC), Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay.
• Admin reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if details are incorrect.

6. Shopkeeper Registration

• Any shopkeeper can register on Ojobshop for free.
• Registration is subject to admin approval.
• Once approved, the shop will be listed on the Shop page and visible to all members.
• Shopkeepers can post job listings and offers/deals for free.
• Approved shopkeepers are required to pay a fixed percentage (set by admin) of their accepted sales to Ojobshop.
• If a shopkeeper fails to pay their due amount, their shop will be disabled from the platform.

7. Cashback & Shopkeeper Payment Liability

• Cashback to users is credited only after the shopkeeper has paid their due amount to Ojobshop.
• If a shopkeeper does not pay their amount to Ojobshop, Ojobshop is NOT liable to pay the cashback to the user. The user may directly contact and settle with the shopkeeper.
• Ojobshop is only liable to pay the cashback amount that it has actually received from the shopkeeper.
• Users are advised to shop with active and verified shopkeepers listed on the platform. If a shopkeeper is disabled/blocked, it means they have not settled their dues.
• Any dispute regarding unpaid cashback due to shopkeeper non-payment must be resolved between the user and the shopkeeper directly.

8. Liability & Legal Disclaimer

• Ojobshop is an affiliate marketing and cashback platform. We are NOT responsible for any dispute between buyer and seller outside our registered network.
• If any customer purchases goods from an unregistered user/shopkeeper, the company is NOT liable to pay for any customer loss.
• Our responsibility is strictly limited to transactions and dealings with our registered members and approved shopkeepers only.

9. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Users must not misuse the referral system or create fake accounts.
• Users must verify shopkeeper details before making purchases.
• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Modification of Terms

Ojobshop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
